Wiring for Honeywell TB8575 To Honeywell T5 wifi

    Hello,

I am trying to upgrade my Honeywell TB8575 to a honeywell T5 wifi. I attached the wiring diagram provided by the new thermostat, and a picture of the original diagram, and the original wiring. My thermostat currently turns on, and I am able to control the fan. however the heating does not work. Is anyone able to provide some assistance? If you need additional details/pictures please let me know.

I mapped Gm (medium speed) to the fan control on the new thermostat.
    I mapped C to C
    R to R
Where I believe the problem stems from is my mapping for W/Y and Y/A?

    Thanks,
    Abi

I am planning to do the exact same thermostat change. Just wondering if your installation all working now as I have the exact same wiring on the existing unit.

    Thanks
