    I want to replace a RTH6350S with a RTH9585WF1004/W.

The specs for the TRH9585WF1004/W says it requires a 'C' wire to work. I don't know whether my existing system has it or not. I currently have a RTH6350D and I'm only using the system for cooling. The heating is on a different thermostat. Can anyone help me? I need to go WiFi due to health issues.

The C / common terminal will be located at the indoor air handling unit if you have a split HVAC system. You may have a extra spare wire in the thermostat cable that could be used. If you are not sure how to do this it may be best to hire a HVAC technician to make the changes for you.
