Low Voltage 2 Wire Thermostat to NEST

I'm looking for a wiring diagram or simply an advice on how to connect a low voltage fireplace thermostat to NEST.
Also, do I need a new Nest thermostat or I can connect it to the existing one?

This is the unit that I'm trying to connect/replace:
Aube Low Voltage 2 Wire Thermostat Remote Input
    https://www.aartech.ca/related/TH135-01.pdf

It's controlling a gas fireplace with an automatic fan, I'm just adjusting the temperature Up or Dowm to fire it up or stop (pilot always on).

Current NEST connections: Y1 -cool, G -fan, Rc- power, W1 -heat, C -24V common

It's fine if I'd need another NEST, I can buy the E-Nest just for the fireplace.

Thanks Admin, but I'm not sure I understand how can I apply it my case.
