    Carrier split mini duct

    Need help on wiring a Ecobee to my new system
    As far as I can see the thermostats wiring is prewired to a plug on the board on the inside unit
    I waited my old system without a problem but I just can't figure this one out here's some pics

    What is the model number of the Carrier mini split?

    Model number for inside unit is
    40MBQB18D3

    I have not been able to find a wiring diagram for you unit. Most mini split unit are not setup to be used with conventional thermostats. There may be a way to make it work but you run the risk of damaging your unit and voiding the warranty.

    I'll would give it a shot but I'm having issues with the units these stats just really don't work right in having carrier come again to figure the issues
    Unit has dip switches and they are probably all screwed up
    I really want to put Ecobees in but if I can't then I'll have to go with tado stats
    Any idea what the lettered screw hold downs on the board are for ?

    The terminals may be used for the outdoor unit in some applications.
