Thermostat Pros: Color touch screen. Universal design, can control up to 2 stage cool/4 stage heat including heat pumps/geothermal units. No batteries required, can be setup as a communicating thermostat if there are insufficient wires for the system. Connection for outdoor sensor, can control dual fuel systems directly without a "heat pump kit" and can limit condenser/furnace operation to programmable outdoor temperatures. Can vary the setpoint depending on the cost of energy, works automatically with smart hours program.

Thermostat Cons: Thermostat still in beta testing, not released to general public yet.
