Which thermostat will work with your system?

You can use the Honeywell Th8300 and just not wire the Y2 terminal.

Is the TH8300 a 'series' of which the TH8320 is a specific model ?? I googled the 8300 and had zero hits.

The TH8320 will not keep the aux heat off the way you want it to. How many degrees setback are you doing at night?
